Dear
Brothers and Sisters,
As what I
have announced before, that before my term ends I will be
implementing my pet project which is the National Directory
of all members worldwide. These are my objectives on doing
this project:
1.) To
have a complete list of Althonians members worldwide;
2.) The National directory will serve as guide to all
Althonians who have their own copy while going to other
chapters in contacting fellow members;
3.) One way to encourage inactive members to be active again
in our organization
4.) Fund raising project for the National Office and for the
Cagayan de Oro chapter for handling the project;
As guidelines for this project:
1. All School Chapters and Unified Regional chapters must
submit their updated list of ACTIVE MEMBERS in their areas
(ACTIVE MEMBERS ARE
THOSE THAT HAVE PAID THEIR MONTHLY LOCAL AND NATIONAL DUES)
to the National Office thru the National Secretary

Cagayan de Oro city;
2. Filled-up Althonians National Membership Information
Sheet must be attached in submitting the updated list of
ACTIVE MEMBERS to the National Office thru the National
Secretary (

3. Please submit your recent 2X2 ID picture with collared
shirt or formal attire like Barong or Suite;
4. All National membership Information sheet must be
formally endorsed by the Chapter Secretary and Chapter
President with all the attachment and updated payment dues
for the National for 2009.
5. All Chapters must submit their present set of officers
with their pictures;
6. Advertisement pages will be open to all chapters and
individual members. Solicitation ads will be posted later.
