The ALPHA THETA OMEGA had spread to various places from its birth place, the Central Mindanao University (CMU) in Musuan, Bukidnon, Philippines. 

Various chapters were organized at  different campuses particularly in Mindanao and the Visayas regions.  But most of the Althonians had survived from the cities/provinces of Davao, Cotabato, General Santos, Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Surigao, Ozamis, Dipolog, Zamboanga, Cebu and Tagbilaran.
